Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Please keep that account secure; activity in your account is treated as yours.
• Give accurate details for yourself and any learners you add. Parents or guardians manage accounts for children.
• We may suspend an account that is misused, for example to harass others or to spam our team.

Demo classes and batches

• A free demo is an introduction with no obligation to join.
• Studio batches are confirmed by our team. Online batches can only be requested; our support team contacts you to confirm the right batch, and a seat is yours once they approve it.
• Batch days, timings (shown in IST), teachers and seat counts can change. We will tell enrolled learners about changes as early as we can.

Fees

Fees, payment schedules and any refund arrangements are agreed with you directly before enrolment. Ask us for the current fee for your course and batch.

Online classes

• Class links are for enrolled learners only. Please do not share them.
• You need your own instrument, a stable internet connection and a quiet space to learn online.
• Please do not record classes without the teacher's permission.

Conduct

Be respectful to teachers, staff and fellow students, in the studio and online. We may remove a learner from a batch for behaviour that disrupts others.

Content

Lesson material, recordings and videos shared by the academy are for your personal learning. Performance videos on our channels are published with the performers' consent; contact us if you would like one removed.

Liability

We take care to run safe, well-organised classes and a reliable website, but the site is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. Please look after your own belongings and instruments at the studio.
